One Positive Mission
To bridge the gap for the senior community who can’t afford In-home care services. We want to provide them with the ability to receive great healthcare, healthy food options, and certain medical supplies they may need. Closing the gap on inadequate healthcare for our senior community is a mission in itself.
The Positive Purpose Gala
The Positive Purpose Gala proves to be a memorable and magical event. It's an evening of positivity and with a purpose - pouring into our senior and disabled communities. The gala is also able to acknowledge companies and individuals within the industry who give back to the community in a major (and positive) way. This year's gala promises to be bigger and better than ever!
In 2019, 5.2 million seniors aged 60+ faced hunger. That's 1 in 14 seniors or 7.1% of all seniors.
How can you help?
Imagine being in the hospital undergoing extensive surgery, you don't have family here, and you may not even speak good English. Now you are ready to be discharged, and you will need in-home health care services to help you through the healing process, but there is no one, and you have no means to pay anyone. What now? This issue is what many face daily, and it's heartbreaking for everyone involved in the care of this person.
This is where your help can come in. It's far more than just donating money; you can donate your time your resources to help bridge this gap. If you own in-home care or home health, you can donate some days of services. If you are a caregiver who qualifies to help someone, your time and skill set would be invaluable.
